ABSENTEE HOTLINE

Please remember to call your student in on the absentee hotline 731-3212.
This phone line is open 24 hours. If your child is ill in the middle of the night,
do yourself a favor and call the hotline and then you can forget about it. Please leave the student’s name, teacher, homework request, and the reason your child is out. This is very important because weekly the school is required
to complete a report of school illnesses to the Health Department.

You may also notify the school by providing the same information by email. Send your email to absent@stlawrenceparish.com.

DISMISSAL ARRANGEMENTS

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY DISMISSAL CHANGES ON THE SCHOOL HOTLINE OR LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE SCHOOL ANSWERING MACHINE. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU TALK TO SOMEBODY IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE SO THAT YOU CAN BE SURE THAT YOUR CHILD WILL BE NOTIFIED.

ALSO, IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE NOTIFY THE SCHOOL OFFICE BY 3:15 P.M.REGARDING ANY DISMISSAL CHANGES. WE DO REALIZE THAT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN, BUT, IF POSSIBLE PLEASE NOTIFY BY 3:15 P.M.
