Father Bob Fisher
Pastor

Fr. Bob Fisher graduated from Sacred Heart Seminary in 1992, was ordained and assigned to Our Lady of the Sea parish. He then served in the vocations office from 1995 until July 2000. Fr. Bob became pastor of St. Angela's in Roseville until moving to St. Lawrence Parish in July 2003.

Fr. Philip Ching

Associate Pastor


Fr. Phil Ching graduated from Sacred Heart Major Seminary in 2009 and was ordained to the priesthood soon after by Archbishop Vigneron.  In previous years, he worked as a seminarian intern at Our Lady of Loretto in Redford and as a transitional deacon at Immaculate Conception in Ira Township and St. Mary in Wayne.

Sister Janet Sullivan

Pastoral Associate


Sister Janet has been the Pastoral Associate at St. Lawrence Community since 1988. As pastoral associate her ministry is one of collaboration with our pastor and associate pastor as well as the pastoral staff in serving St. Lawrence Catholic Community. Sister Janet's areas of service include:

  • Planning and coordinating the RCIA process for those interested in learning about the Catholic church and Catholic beliefs
  • Conducting Vigil Service for deceased
  • Visiting the sick and homebound in a spirit of prayer and concern
  • Coordinating the Baptism of Children Program
  • Liaison for the Worship Commission and the ART Environment Committee

    Deacon Tony Morici

    Deacon Tony Morici

    Deacon Tony Morici was ordained in 1987. He was assigned to St. Jane Frances for six years and the St. Louise for over seven years. Deacon Tony has been assigned to St. Lawrence since May of 2001. Deacon Tony has an A.A. degree in Ministry from Sacred Heart Seminary, a B.A. degree in pastoral Ministries from Madonna University and an M.B.A degree in Church Management from the Graduate Theological Foundation. In addition, Deacon Tony also serves as a part-time Pastoral Associate at St. Lawrence.

    Rajnicek

    Lisa Rajnicek
    Continuing Religious Education


    Lisa grew up in St. Blase Parish and graduated from Stevenson High School, after which she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Education from St. Mary’s College.  In 2006, she completed a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Marygrove College.  Lisa is a certified catechist and DRE, as well as a licensed math teacher.  Over the past 20 years, Lisa has taught high school religion, junior high math, and catechism for several grades.  Lisa’s dad has been a role model for her ministry having celebrated his 30th anniversary as a Permanent Deacon.  In addition to her ministry in Religious Education, Lisa has also assisted her father’s machine design business as an AutoCAD detailer.  Lisa and her husband, Dan, celebrated their Silver Wedding Anniversary in 2010, and have two adult children.

    Denise Ficorelli

    Denise Ficorelli
    Youth Minister


    Denise joined the St. Lawrence staff in August 2010 after 11 years at Guardian Angels, Clawson serving as Coordinator of Youth Ministry and Director Religious Education. Denise has received Ministerial Certification through the Archdiocese of Detroit and is currently a student at Sacred Heart Major Seminary. As the middle child of thirteen and mother of two adult married children, she cherishes her family time, especially with grandbaby Lilianna. Dan and Denise enjoy traveling and quick getaways up north in all seasons. They will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary in September.
